About me
and my treatment philosophy
I studied physiotherapy in the early 80's at the Physiotherapy College in Oslo. This school was strongly inspired by the holistic approach, i.e. the connection between the mind and the body. In the late 90's I studied half a year of public health science. For 20 years I worked as a physiotherapist at hospitals, institutions, in the municipal health service and in private practice. But around the turn of the millennium, information technology fully entered the health care system, and I went to university and studied health informatics. I took a 15-year break from physiotherapy to work with health technology.
Now I am working as a Timani teacher and a physiotherapist. I combine old and new knowledge.
I can help you with
A body that does not cooperate
the experience that the body is not "part of the team".
Stiffness
feelings of stiffness during movement.
Chronic pain
chronic pain from joints and muscles.
Training
If you find little pleasure in moving and more or less hate to exercise.

"I have tried most things before, but Timani is great for me!"
Welcome to try!
The exercises are of such a nature that they: - take a short time to do - do not require equipment - you often feel immediately that "something has happened in the body".
If necessary, I also use manual techniques - e.g. massage.
I hope this can be a contribution to increased diversity.
You are very welcome to try!
